WORK METHOD
Our Alais made out of Paulownia (flexible and light wood), for some using red cedar essences (Cedar product range) that are made manually. The planks of wood is made from couple premium wood laths, prepared, planed and as sembled with the greatest care. Unlike a classical construction, all the HIDDEN WOOD product range enjoys carpentry techniques that improve materials solidity and flexibility.100% biodegradable, our Alaias are assembled thanks to a biological glue that replace the toxic epoxy resins. The planks of wood is carefully shapped in order to achieve a perfect finish combining details and precision. All our board models are then treated with a blend based on linseed oil in order to provide a maximized waterproof resistance and a purified slide.
